FB Adventure

I have really really enjoyed this program. It is a great mixture of upper and lower body strength as well as HIIT. There are enough Extra Credit opportunities to give me more to do, but not so many that I feel guilty if I don't get them all done. I have to admit there are some days where I say, "Oh no! Daniel is doing HIIT!" and then I modify modify modify.

I recommend this program!
