In middle of 5 day challenge


I’m in the middle of a five day challenge and the past couple of days I haven’t been sleeping very well, so I don’t feel that great. But I don’t want to miss out on working out. What suggestions do you guys have on replacing a hit/strength training program with something less strenuous but still feel like I did something? I swear it’s one thing or another. I either am all out or I make excuses for not working out. Guilt!!!
