Help! Starting FBsweat tomorrow! When to do the PFT?

Hello, family!

How is your week going!?

We are already finishing the first half of the week!

Is anyone else feeling this year going by so fast? 😮 I mean, almost May already!

As some of you know, I am starting FBsweat! I am doing day 1 tomorrow! And, as you know, it is my first program ever!

So, I wanted to ask, anyone who can answer me 😅 when is the best time to do the PFT or when do you do it?

Is it better to do it right after the workout (before stretching) or right before the workout (after warming up)? 🤔 Or, is it better to do it in a completely different moment of the day?

Tomorrow, morning is going to be very busy for me! I will be back sometime after lunch to do my workout. So, I was planning to do the PFT right before breakfast, before I have to leave.

I was even thinking about doing it today before dinner? 🤔

Though, I prefer to do it tomorrow but let me know!

Please, please, let me know what you think I should do or any advice!
