What comes after Sweat/Strong? :)

... Burn and Mass!

I‘ve only two days left of the Sweat and Strong Combo - and I loved it!

Had to take a break after six weeks because of moving to a new apartment (every day was a workout by itself ;)) - but the combination was perfect! Especially because Sweat was very challenging on some days, so Strong kept my motivation high (Strength training can be difficult too, but it’s easier to modify/drop the weight if you’re not feeling totally energized).

Now for the first time since I started the FB Programs I had no plan for the following weeks. I’m still too curious, what other programs are like, so I don’t want to repeat a program right now (only did it with Strong before).

Yesterday, I decided to try FB Burn2/FB Mass (switching each week). How did you like the programs?

So excited! Wish me luck!
