Had to take a break. How to get into it again?

Hey guys,

The last 2 weeks I had the flu. And wasn't able to workout at all. Before I started FB 30 and already finished week 1.

My question is: should I start the program all over again or should I just go on were I stopped?

Maybe someone can help me.
