3-4 days per week program?

Are there programs with workouts maybe 3-4 days per week? I've been doing the 5 days per week programs with stretching on day 6 & rest on day 7. I'd like to maybe change it up & work out fewer days per week. I'm sore all the time so I'd like more rest days to focus on stretching & flexibility. (But I still want to get in good workouts). Thanks for any suggestions!
