Where to start after a holiday?

I will be getting back from a holiday at the weekend and after about 3 weeks off from any real form of exercise I'm wondering where to start again.

Up until now I have just been planning my routines myself but I feel my regular routines might be a bit too much of a struggle after so much time off - rotating the 5 day challenges for Strong and Lean / Burn fat and build muscle as well as weeks of my favourite others. i.e. bored easily routines.

I would like to purchase a programme but struggle to find the time for 5 days of exercise so ideally 4 days would be best or for an optional 5th day if I found the time.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice ?
