I have been doing FB workouts for the past 9 or 10 months, and have typically scheduled my weeks with a structure like Day 1: Arms, Day 2: yoga or cardio, Day 3: Legs, Day 4: yoga or cardio, and so on with one day of rest. I feel like I'm hitting a plateau and wanted to purchase a program to have something more consistent (and support FB, love this site so much!)
I'm not sure of which to start with. My main goals are to gain more muscle tone/strength, push myself, and maybe lose a little fat on the way. I usually do their level 4 workouts, and only have two sets of dumbbells. If anyone has feedback on a program they've completed or any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much!
