1000 calorie workouts

I’ve been working out with fitness blender for years, but very inconsistently. I started back in January and have done 5-6 workouts per week since then. I’ve been using the FB30 programs. Lately I’ve been feeling a desire to try one of the 1000 calorie workouts. I’ve never done one before. Is that a terrible idea? Ha! Is there one you would recommend starting with?
