I Need Some Advice - Possibly A Bit of Encouragement

Hello Blenders,

I finished Booty Round 2 a week ago and I decided to do the last couple of routines of Abs2 since I had to stop doing them because of my elbow injury in February. I still can't.

I saw a specialist today and my diagnosis was correct, (you can call me Doc) it's lateral epicondylitis. I'm going to get laser therapy, which sounds pretty cool. Hopefully, it'll help. In the meantime, however, I don't want to stop working out. Funnily enough, I can do a lot of things I thought I couldn't. It's gripping (and kickboxing moves) that still hurt. That means I should perhaps choose one of the Bodyweight programmes. Are there a lot of kickboxing routines in them? If not, they could be fine as I could modify the exercises I would find even remotely painful.

I'm trying not to feel dejected and disappointed but it's not easy. I put a lot of work into making my upper body stronger, which was really weak, to begin with, and now it's getting even weaker. On the bright side, my legs are getting stronger. Sooner or later I'll look like a grasshopper. (without the ability to jump on top of high buildings. That would be cool...)

Sorry for the moaning and thank you for the info in advance.
