Knee pain

Hey Guys

I did a heavy lower body strength workout specifically this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bosWj6aPRBc

and I got FBAbs Round 2 started on Monday but i was not able to do lower body so since Monday i have been selecting upper body or core , today (Wednesday) tried to do squats , still my knee hurts, so it be from the curtsy lunges /squats or wrong posture and lifting heavier than usual ...

What to do?any tips to speed up healing ? should i rest it completely for the rest of the week ? or do isolation core workouts & upper body only ?
