FbFlex and jump rope?

Hi everyone!

relatively new here, LOVING the community

I've finished FB Strong and just started Flex this week. YAY! So excited

However I'm concerned if adding 2 sessions of jump rope on days 2 and 4 will be overkill (FB Flex schedules 3 upper body sessions on days 1,3,5). I wanted to learn some jump rope tricks this month but first i wanna make sure I won't be over-training upper body

So, anybody can help?
