Who wants to start two of the 5 day challenge workouts with me!?😊💪

Hi, blenders!😄

How have you been doing!? Has it been a lazy monday or an active one or, in some way, both? 😅

For me, monday kicked my butt, literally! 😅

So, tomorrow is my rest day and I am planning to start the strong and lean 5 day challenge on wednesday (March 10th)! And the burn fat and build lean muscle 5 day challenge the wednesday after (March 17th)!

Leaving the 6th day up to you! If you want to rest or get some workout going!
