#JUMPChallengeComplete

^I took this pic of my jump rope (aka workout partner) yesterday after wrapping up day five. And now after what has so far been a really busy day, I manged to fit in the optional day six recovery: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/relaxing-stretching-workout-for-flexibility-and-stress-relief-full-body-yoga-pilates-blend

..Safe to say, I'm feeling much more relaxed now! Seriously, it's a good routine and felt like just what I needed.. Also in finishing that lovely routine makes for an official #JUMPChallengeComplete to share with you all here!

..This has been a really fun workout week and the challenge felt like it really flew by! I enjoyed the theme and coming up with something we could all have fun with! I don't know if I have a favorite day exactly, but it has been great dusting off the ol' jump rope and using it again! So much so, I feel I will be using it more in the future, because if this week taught me anything, it's that I need practice.. like a lot..🙈

..And you guys have been so awesome getting those #JUMPCompletes! How cool is it that we have this platform to do this!? I enjoyed sweating it out with you, #FBFam! So I thank you all so much (again) in taking part in the JUMP Challenge with me! And to those who might start it or still in the middle of it, go you! There's no time limit when to finish; just go at your own pace and always remember to have fun!
