Hello, and Happy Friday (or Saturday) Blenders!

Yay we made it! I don't know about you guys, but I'm definitely ready for the weekend! This week just seemed to drag on a bit, and I'm ready for break!

But at least I've had several nights of cool sunsets to look at this week, right? This particular pic was from two evenings ago, and was really cool to see!

How about you, FB Fam? How are things going for you all? How are you feeling? Ready for the weekend?

And how about some workouts to round out our work week with? Are you guys working out, or are you resting?

I've got Day 5 of Raven's JUMP Challenge--and it looks to be a doozy! haha. I took it a bit easier yesterday, so that I can hopefully hit this one with a bit of extra oomph today! We've got a touch of HIIT and jump rope and calf work. And we'll be officially done with the hard part of Raven's awesome Challenge! Thank you again for putting all of this together Raven, it's been fun!

I'm thinking chicken stir fry! With a bunch of veggies, it'll make for a quick and tasty supper!

Alright FB, I've got a Fitness Friday question for you all today!

I was thinking about this as I've been working my way through Fit Rd 2, and finding workouts that I haven't done in quite awhile.

Some of these workouts have moves that aren't that common in other FB videos, but I really enjoy them!

So I'm wondering: what are some 'one hit wonder' exercise moves that you enjoy, and can only find in one (or very few) FB videos?

Here are a few of mine:

This 1000 Calorie Workout has a HIIT move called 'Jump Squat Falls' that are kinda fun, and a great leg burner: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/1000-calorie-workout-video-at-home-hiit-cardio-strength-and-abs-workout-to-burn-1000-calories (you can see them at the 12:39 mark in the video)

This lower body workout has a move called 'Knee Downs' that I know I've seen in at least one other FB video (can't think of which one right now), but they are a fantastic quad burner! Seal Pushups are another one that I enjoy, and are in quite a few older FB videos (don't see them as much in newer ones). They are so challenging, and really make those upper body muscles burn! And finally, these ones are just called "Squats Forward & Back." They are like a broad jump with a break in the middle, and you got both forward and back. They burn out your legs so much! So those are few of my FB 'one hit wonder' moves that you don't really see in a lot of other videos.

So tell me FB Fam, what are some of your favorite 'one hit wonder' moves that you really enjoy, and would like to see occur more often?
