How do I increase the weight, I just don't ever feel strong enough

Hey everyone,

I can't seem to go beyond using 10-12lb dumbells (total of 20-24 lbs) I've been following Fitness blender for about 2 years, and I just never feel as strong in order for me to deadlift at 15-20 lbs? I eat a diet of high protein, low carb, moderate fat, and lots of vegetables. Any suggestions? Also I usually am able to lift heaver with my upper body than lower body..
