Starting today on my fitness journey! (Or so I keep telling myself) Had a little baba 4 months ago and soooo ready to get back in the saddle!! Motivation is low at the moment with tiredness and so on... I’m looking to purchase a wourkout program.. Which one would be a good place to start? I would be able to spare no more than 30-40 minutes a day. Need to lose about 8kg and tone up.
