I finished FBBurn round 2 last week, omitting the 6th day stretching workouts, plus the last HIIT workout on the 30th, because I felt low in energy. This is my first workout program with FB and I felt really motivated throughout!
I was about to begin FBFit round 2 today, however I still felt low in energy after the program, probably because I haven't fuelled myself properly during this month, had bad eating habits, plus migraines.
Do you usually suggest taking breaks between programs and for how many days? I think tomorrow I will have enough energy and motivation to start FBFit and I want to jump in again, because I am afraid that I will lose my progress from FBBurn...
