We are gearing up for a healthy, productive April. We're starting FB Strong tomorrow (you guys with us?!) and we're both feeling really motivated. Feels like we have some good momentum going on here!

Let us know what your plan is for this week - maybe share one small goal that you've set for yourself, if you like. For myself, I'm planning on tackling that first week of the FB Strong program. I'd like to stay on pace with the program again; I'll do my best. Obviously I'm going to have to make smart food choices in order to feel well enough and have the energy to do that. Oh yeah, and I'd like to replace some of my cell-phone cruising time with a good book instead (better for brain and body).
