FB Strong - #WeekOneComplete

One of my #furrytrainers was super proud of me for completing the first week of FB Strong (note: the other #furrytrainer was more interested in her tennis balls than how her daddy crushed the week).

Anyway...

I had a bit of a blip on Friday (i.e. I didn't work out), so today I did two workouts - one upper body and one recovery (well, in addition to morning yoga with #chefinthemaking).

Being back on track feels good. Completing week one feels good. Getting some extra #furrytrainer loving feels good.

Rest day tomorrow...well, with the exception of morning yoga...but I'm already looking forward to Monday. Weird.
