Lower belly pooch!!

So I’m 33 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weigh 52kg and have a lean built. Had a baby 2 years back through c-section. I was 74 kg when I delivered my baby boy. I Workout regularly (since over 2 years) eat healthy most of the times!! Do not indulge in sugary stuff!! Have muscular legs (thanks to Kelli’s strength training & HIIT workouts). Despite all this, I have a small lower belly pooch which just doesn’t go away no matter what. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of it?
