Low impact? Or do my own thing?

I posted a few days ago about my knee. (No idea what happened, I bent incorrectly?) Anyway, I rested and tried some low impact cardio today. Impact doesn’t seem to be an issue, but squats (and probably lunges) cause my knee to “talk” to me. I stopped my planned workout and did Pilates instead.

My dilemma is that I’ve ALWAYS done programs... so what do I do now? Would low impact be the way to go? Or should I continue to rest as much as possible and do some Pilates for lower body stuff? Do you have any favorite “knee is healing” workout?

Trying to stay positive but also rest and keep moving. Any help/advice is welcome! 💕
