Ways to add additional exercise?

I am currently following FB fit round 2, loving it, however I feel like I still don't get daily activity throughout my day as I would like. I am a full time student, and mostly spend my time in my desk at home.

I am trying to do my assignments standing up now, and also try to clean everyday to keep me from being sedentary. Would it do me any good in adding low impact cardio 20 min sessions in addition to Fb fit?? I have tried adding stretching routines, but they just don't make me feel as active. I also wished that I could walk outside but I don't live in the best neighborhood.
