Better Late Than Never

Okay, very quick check-in today (tonight).

First off, I was pretty super sore from the first two days, but had a bit of a reprieve today.

First, I was pretty busy all day long (including a marathon grocery shopping spree with #chefinthemaking), so I had to work out much later than normal...just finished up at 10:00 pm something.

Second, today was FB Strong, day 3, which was a core workout. Not saying it wasn't tough, but at least it was different muscle groups (for the most part) from day one and two. If I had to do an upper body or leg day today, it woulda been tough...not gonna lie.
