FB Workout Programmes versus FB workout Videos (free workouts)


Hi All

Have people been successful just doing the free workouts 3-4x a week as opposed to the FB Workout Programmes?

I can't really afford the actual programmes but have found a workout video that I like the look of and was planning on doing this for say 4 times a weeks then changing it to another video after the 4 weeks but just wondered if I would still see results?
