Late 40s workouts

Greetings,

My wife and I have been working out with you guys for years. We are rapidly approaching our 50s and want to continue to workout but don’t want to over stress the joints and remain injury free. Can you recommend or build a 30-45 minute, lvl 3-5 workout, that’s total body strength and cardio but protects the vulnerable bits? You guys are the best. Thanks for everything you do.
