Hi there, I want to start with a programme for the whole body. I have tested one here and one there but can`t decide which one is the best for me. I want to get rid of loose skin/muscles and want to get stronger. I don`t like to jumps a lot. I am 173 cm tall and my weight is 54 kg. breast 79 cm, waist 68,5 cm, hips 90 cm. I have some problems with my lumbar and neck.
