So, a new Fitness Blender workout video dropped yesterday - 35 Minute Upper Body Strength Superset Workout - which is a very well-rounded upper body workout that uses supersets to get an intense strength/mass building workout in the shortest amount of time.

Daniel targets antagonistic muscle groups, meaning that you'll be pushing, then pulling through the same range of motion of a specific joint or body part. This method trains the body as evenly as possible.
