I’m so excited to have found FB. I have been really slacking since losing my job last summer, and then this past month I had a crazy flu/bronchitis that lasted almost 4 weeks - during which I didn’t work out at all. In total I’ve put on at least 10lbs or more and have really lost focus of eating healthy. I’m 5’3” and about 135 lbs with an estimated 28% bfp.


Well I needed to make a change!


Yesterday I decided to take the plunge and go for Fitness Blender. I’ve created a schedule of:


Mon- lower body/cardio (hiit)

Tues- upper body/cardio (light)

Wed- core/cardio (hiit)

Thurs- upper body/cardio (light)

Fri or Sat- lower body/cardio (hiit)

Sun- off


I’m most excited to work on creating a healthy and non obsessive relationship with food, and working out to feel good and be healthy. I trust the visible changes will happen.


It’s the obsession of those changes that pushes me toward giving up most of the time. I want to love myself and feel great!
