I've been following FB since September 2018, and I just finished FB Sweat yesterday. Unfortunately I pulled a neck muscle right at the end of my work out and have spent today with a heatpack and ibuprofen. It feels better but the pain is still there.
I was planning on starting FB Burn tomorrow but I might move it back a week. What do you think? Is there something easier on the neck I should do instead? or should I stop entirely?
