Been on a quest for the last 1.5 years to get back in shape and live a healthier lifestyle now that I'm 50. Started eating right a year and a half ago and then started spinning and lifting at home with my powerblocks for the last year. Down 70 pounds so far and looking to really tone up the core. I came across you guys this week and I must say you have a great website and I really look forward to brining more variety into my daily workouts! Thanks for what you do!!
