5 day challenge for busy people (I'm back)

Heyyyy!

I'm back again. It's been so long since any fitnessblender workouts, but yesterday I started the 5 day challenge for busy people, cause I want to build my strenght back, so I can go on and do longer programs.

I decided that I'm going to do all 3 of the 5 day challenges, before I move to longer programs.

Day 2 is done already, Can't wait for to tomorrows HIIT/ABS workout. YEAH!
