After FBBurn what?

Hello everyone,

I am currently finishing my 3rd week of FBBurn and next week is the last one of the program. The program is fantastic! I loved it, it's going by as a breeze and I don't have any trouble motivating myself, because the workouts are quick, fun and effective. I've noticed dramatic differences in my body composition and I feel stronger already!

My question is, which program would you choose to do next? I don't want to dedicate more than 1 hour a day for my workout every day, but I also want to see fast results as far as performance goes. I am interested in increasing both my endurance, but also my strength. I was looking into FBFit and FBBurn2. As I understand, FBFit is similar to FBBurn, but with longer workouts? Does it include more HIIT or strength training? Furthermore, how is FB30 different than the other two programs?
