Spinning

Hey all,

A few years ago I took some spinning classes with a friend (we'd go once a week) and totally loved the experience. I recently bought my own indoor spin bike and have found a beginner 20 min online class but I'm not sure how to incorporate it into my FB programs. I typically do upper body and lower body on different days as per the programs, so on which days would I spin?
