Strong is way different than I anticipated

I thought strong would follow their normal format of 3 days lower and 2 days upper with core as extra credits or part of the upper days. I am really surprised they only do 2 days for lower and upper and have a core day in the middle of the week. And to have the lower body days 4 days apart?! why!!!

I can't describe how much I hate ab-focused work outs. >_< I kind of wish I had just bought burn round 2 or something instead.

Edit: I’m a FB pro- I’ve been modifying their programs to suit my preferences for a long time- but when you call a program “the ultimate for people who love strength training” I expected lifting 4-5 days a week, not for one of the weeks to have only 3 days of lifting in a 4 week program. Maybe it’s just me but I expected something different. I know I can add in more strength, it just seems like an odd thing to need to do for this program.
