The Struggle is real - Looking for your advice!

Hey Fitness blenders,

I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 220 lbs....I just finished FB30 Rd 3 and started Round 4 of the 4 week program today....I'm wondering if you are similar to my weight and height what programs worked best for you in fat loss? I'm limited to shorter workouts due to kids and working from home. After doing the 8 week program I lost about a 1/2 inch in arms and legs, and 1 full inch in my waist.

Any suggestions? Thanks!!
