Prenatal Modifications

LOVE this site and the workouts from these two lovely people. I was doing the level 5 workouts for a while pre-pregnancy and scaled back a bit when I became pregnant. Now that I'm close to my 3rd trimester I'm trying to adjust and be careful. Other prenatal workouts I've found online are really easy and boring, and I'm tired of the elliptical / spin bike at the gym – so I'd prefer to keep with these with modifications. Has anyone found certain videos particularly safe / challenging / useful during prenatal? I've done a few of the level 4's with low impact mods, but sometimes the low impact mods aren't defined until the 2nd or 3rd rep which leaves me to improvise :)
