free 5 day challenge workout program

i have a question and that is can skip days of the five day program or no or do i have to do this program 5 day straight without no skipping for ex like Monday is day 1 and then Tuesday is like a different workout that i want to do and then Wednesday is day 2 etc can i do that or no its a quick question and this first time doing it i looked at the pograms discription but i couldn't fiind out if you can have one or two day off from the program and on those days you can do any other workout you like thank you!
