Just A Few Questions about HIIT

Hey There, Dion Here.

I'm a student from India. I'm 5 feet 10 inches and I weight 93 kilograms.

Need to get in shape, plan to burn 30 kgs at a rate of 1 kg/week.

Since I don't get much free time as my exams are approaching, I've chosen the below workout.


I noticed in a Fitnessblender video that it was said that HIIT should be performed Once in 2 days maximum.

My only doubt is on the day we don't do HIIT, should I just relax and go about my daily routine work or should I perform some exercises.

Most people give a generic answer (Do light cardio) but they don't specify.

Would really appreciate if you could inform me about the exercises I could do in detail
