Advice needed

Hi all!

I'm looking for a piece of advice. I'm on the last week of FB XT and I would like to continue with a new plan, preferably with more focus on strength and less hiit/cardio. I usually run 2-4 times a week, and during the summer I hike/bike during the weekends, so I get plenty of cardio. I'm looking to add some strength to my routine without over training.

Would you recommend FB Booty or FB Adventure (as they have less than 5 workouts a week)? I'm not sure how much cardio and hiit they have. Or do you think FB Strong would be better?
