Spring Ahead Workout Challenge Day 3

How’s your days been going, fitness blenders? Today was my birthday, and I’m officially out of my teens :) today consisted of eating tonnnssssss of delicious food. My heart is happy and my belly is very happy!

However, since it’s just a recovery day and I was super busy, I did a quick yoga with Adriene session. I’ll be putting all the extra calories I consumed today towards a killer lower body workout tomorrow ;)
