Best FB maintenance program

Does anyone recommend a particular FB workout program for 3-4 work outs a week? (e.g. FB XT) I love working out but work full-time and study part-time. I already ride my bicycle to work (1 hour a day total). It is not an intense cardio ride but it definitely burns calories. I am concerned that I might get a program which was too much cardio when I'm already riding 5 days a week.

I am already very healthy, low body fat and fairly toned for a 20 Y/O woman. BMI is 19.4. Thank you so much for your thoughts!! :D
