What to do?

Im a 51 year old woman who has always, always worked out in the past. With that being said, I have been out of the fitness seen for over a year now due to hip and knee injuries but dearly want to get back into it! I really don't want to do the hard joint banging programs anymore such as HIIT but for sure want strength and cardio training. Any suggestions on a good program here?
