So... tomorrow I’m starting FB Strong. Have completed FB Burn, then FB Mass, then FB Fit 8 week. My booty question is.... anyone out there done FB Booty, 1, 2 or both? And... since the “Booty” program is 3 days a week, what does anyone recommend for upper & core? I was contemplating pulling from FB Mass, Fit & Favorites to supplement, so any supplemental suggestions & post results for “The Booty😉” are most welcome Thanks!
