Let me tell you...it kicked. My. Butt.
Recently, I've been running a program that prioritized longer rest periods. I forgot just how brutal fitness blender is on the cardiovascular system- in a good way of course! I think I'm gonna have to add some sprints to my workout program to keep up my endurance!
Anyways, how's your guy's day been? I didn't really feel like working out, because it was an early start followed by a long day at work, which will then be followed by homework before winding down to watch Community!
