Strong + Sweat?

Hey guys! Don't remember who, but someone posted a while back that they've alternated between doing FBStrong one week and FBSweat another week. Has anyone else done this? How'd it go? I want to do Strong but I don't like the lack of HIIT in it so was thinking of doing this instead. since Sweat is more cardio based
