Knees!!

Hey all. I’ve been using fitness blender for a bit over a month now. I love it.. although I’ve been having a bad problem with both my knees. I can run/jump/squat just fine, but the lunges hurt sooo bad. Reverse/side and regular are killer. The pain is just above both knee caps. Any suggestions on stretches or form would be greatly appreciated.
