I’m 20 weeks pregnant. I just started working out again after about three and a half months of being tired/sick/whatever and I’m doing super simple stuff. Like the simplest workouts available on this site. I kinda feel ashamed. 😂
Anyway, I keep reading/hearing different opinions about diastasis recti. I’ve read not to do any exercises that exclusively target your abdominal region because you’re putting yourself at a higher risk for diastasis recti. But I’ve also read doing simple ab exercises help keep it from happening. I’m so confused! Is an exercise video like Kelli and Daniels standing ab routine off limits for me?
I’m honestly terrified of it happening to me!
