Low impact workouts

Hi everyone! I am in the middle of an 8 week program and loving it! My main goal is not weight loss but toning my arms, thighs, and butt. Unfortunately, I have had to take a little break due to having a large kidney stone. I am having a procedure done to take care of it, but it won’t be until Friday. In the meantime, I have been doing low impact workouts, but I’m afraid of losing progress. Any suggestions on maintaining for another week doing low impact without losing progress is welcome!!
