Runner Mom wanting to add strength for postpartum weight loss

Hi, I have done some of the videos on YouTube and love them. I run 4x a week now and want to (safely) get serious about strength training in order to lose about 38lbs or so. My son is 10 months old now so I figure I can handle it, but I am not sure which of the 4 week programs (or another) I should start with. I have 5 weeks until I leave for vacation and don't really want to take my powerblock weights with me so I would like to be done with a program before I leave so I can switch to bodyweight while away. Any advice is appreciated!
